Pricing that only works
if you get jobs .

Margins get tight at this ticket size. It's workable — but it's exactly why every account we run includes upsell systems. Higher tickets change everything above.

How the deposit works

No surprise invoices. Ever.

01

You prepay a deposit

A fixed amount into your job balance before launch. That's the last "trust me" moment in the relationship.

02

Jobs draw it down

Each completed job deducts your per-job fee. Cancelled or no-show jobs deduct nothing.

03

Every job listed

The monthly report names each completed job, its revenue, and its fee. Line by line.

04

You approve top-ups

Nothing recharges without your OK. Momentum earns the renewal — not an auto-billing trap.

This isn't for everyone.

Performance pricing only works when both sides can perform. We take on operators who meet the bar:

  • Established carpet cleaning business — not a side hustle you started last month
  • Average ticket of $150+ (we’ll help you raise it, but the floor is the floor)
  • Capacity to complete the jobs we book — trucks, techs, hours
  • Ad budget in your own account, ready to deploy

Billing questions, answered

A job our system booked that you finished and got paid for. Estimates that convert count; cancellations and no-shows don't. The definition is in writing before launch.

It's yours. Deposits pay for completed jobs — anything undrawn is refunded when we part ways.

Higher-ticket jobs take more booking work — bigger estimates, more back-and-forth, more confirmation touches. The fee scales $35–$60 so incentives stay aligned at every ticket size.

That's the intended path. The machine we build at $180/mo is the same one the Full System runs on — upgrading is a switch flip, not a rebuild.
